Conveniently our Personal Trainers can come to meet you almost anywhere you desire

The duties and responsibilities of our Personal Trainers are:

  • To guide the client to establish his health and fitness goals
    (e.g. weight loss, general health improvements, strength and power gain, flexibility, etc)
     
  • Identifying medical conditions that may affect workout
    (e.g. pain, prior injuries, health and medical issues) 
     
  • Consult client to learn about diet, nutrition, exercise and health practices/habits that can be improved 
     
  • Establishing of a workout plan that fits the client’s goals
     
  • Monitoring the client during exercise to ensure proper breathing and exertion level
     
  • Documentation of exercises performed including type of exercise, amount of weight used, repetitions etc.
     
  • Keeping up to date on current health & fitness information
     
  • Cleaning of fitness equipment to maintain a safe and sanitary environment
     
  • Checks of equipment to ensure function and safety
     
  • Being punctual and conducting in a professional manner
